You will need:
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ½ Tbsp Pili & Pino Cashew Butter
- 1 tsp maple or coconut nectar syrup
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1-2 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder, adjust amount to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a large jar or container.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Seal jar and leave in refrigerator for six hours or overnight.
- Once ready, serve and enjoy!
